It is sometimes said that you have to get lost to better meet yourself, that means letting go what you don’t control. It’s a difficult exercise for people like me who need to anticipate everything.
It’s like a battle between the « inner self » and the « outer self ». The last one is always trying to have control of things. This battle, this non-letting go, this sharing between these two positions can seem mysterious to the eyes of others who try to understand our way of being.
This ‘mystery’ is nothing but the consequence of this coexistence and this duality.
But the good thing is, with time we realize that this unpredictability can be a real strength in different areas of life.
